Yes. We specialize in WordPress because it’s flexible, scalable, SEO-friendly, and gives clients long-term ownership and control of their website. 

Absolutely. Website redesigns are one of our most common projects. We can modernize your design, improve navigation, clean up content, enhance SEO, and streamline multiple websites or domains into one cohesive, easy-to-manage platform.

Yes. We offer “organic” SEO services including on-page optimization, technical SEO, metadata optimization, content structure, image optimization, and Google Search Console setup. Our SEO approach focuses on long-term visibility and sustainable growth—not shortcuts that can hurt your optimization in the long run.

Most website projects take between 4–8 weeks, depending on size, complexity, and how quickly the necessary content is provided. Larger or more complex builds may take longer. We’ll outline a clear timeline before the project begins.

Both options are available. Clients may provide their own content (as you are the expert in your industry and have full knowledge about your products/services), or we can assist with content writing, editing, and SEO optimization. Many clients choose a hybrid approach where we refine and optimize existing content for clarity, branding, and search visibility.

Yes. In addition to websites, we offer branding support including logo design, color palettes, typography, messaging, and marketing collateral. Our goal is to create a cohesive brand experience across your website and beyond.

Yes. We offer hourly rates, system-only maintenance and reduced rate prepaid ongoing support plans that include website system maintenance, content changes, troubleshooting, performance optimization, security monitoring, and general assistance. Support plans also provide priority scheduling and reduced hourly rates. 

Prepaid support plans simplify billing, reduce hourly costs, and ensure your website receives timely attention. Clients on prepaid support plans receive priority in our work queue and avoid the stop-and-start delays that often come with one-off requests.

Yes. We regularly assist with domain management, hosting migrations, SSL setup, and DNS records. We can set up your email as part of your hosting package, but we do NOT offer support for Google Workspace. We can also help clients understand what services they actually need—so they’re not paying for unnecessary extras. 

Absolutely. All websites we build are fully responsive and optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop devices. Mobile usability is a core part of both user experience and SEO.

Website pricing varies based on scope, features, and content needs. We offer transparent, project-based pricing and will provide a detailed proposal after an initial consultation. Our focus is always on delivering value, not one-size-fits-all packages.

Yes. If, for any reason, you feel we’re not the right fit, design deposits are refundable within 30 days of receipt upon written (email) request.

If design or strategy work has been completed at your request, and you later choose not to move forward with the business, brand, or direction — for reasons unrelated to the quality of our services — all completed work will be calculated at our standard hourly rates and deducted from any applicable refund.

Any third-party products or services purchased on your behalf will also be deducted from the refund.

Design projects typically require a 50% down payment, with the balance due within 10 days of launch. Social Media campaigns require up-front payment.
