We can support WordPress websites, Graphic Design projects, Search Engine Optimization, ADA Compliance, and Social Media Marketing on a non-contracted as-needed basis at our $35/hour rate or via a reduced-rate prepaid plan (contact us for current plans).

NOTE: 1st-time website projects may include a 1-3 hour discovery and full backup charge. 

WORDPRESS WEBSITE:

  1. Provide a detailed list of actions you’d like performed below. 
  2. A proposal/quote is submitted.
  3. If approved, payment can be made via any accepted method here.
  4. Provide WordPress logins or create an ADMIN account for us using studio@nolamediadesign.com as the username.
    WordPress will send us a link to create a password and log in to your WP dashboard.
  5. Discovery: We then examine your website’s structure and create a full backup before proceeding. If we discover we cannot provide your updates due to a technical issue, a full explanation of the reason is provided, along with the proposed plan of action is presented. If you choose to not proceed, you will receive a refund for any hours paid for over the backup/discovery time.

    NOTE: A WordPress website is not usually complex, but designers/programmers can take vastly different approaches to building/ creating a WordPress site, which may have caused underlying compatibility issues or ongoing support barriers, that can turn into a game of Jenga. If we discover an issue, we present a detailed description along with recommendations for resolution before any work is done.

GRAPHIC DESIGN

  1. Let us know what you’re looking for – logo, branding package, brochure, business card, billboard, presentation… 
  2. Explain the design “vibe” or style you’re looking for / as best you can
  3. We send a proposal. 
  4. If approved, payment can be made via any accepted method here.
  5. We then get started on your project according scope of work you have approved.

SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING:

  1. Provide a detailed list of actions you’d like performed below. 
  2. A proposal/quote is submitted.
  3. If approved, payment can be made via any accepted method here.
  4. Facebook, Google My Business,  LinkedIn: “Invite” to manage your pages. Twitter/X & Instagram: provide logins.
  5. Discovery – we then examine your social media platform profiles and proceed with your requests and our approved recommendations.
