Website Design, Graphic Design & Digital Marketing with a Personal Approach

Hi, I’m Sherí Imbornone, founder of NOLA Media & Design.

Since 1999, I’ve helped businesses establish, improve, and maintain a professional online presence through WordPress website design, graphic design, branding, social media, and digital marketing support.

What began as website and graphic design has naturally evolved into something much more. Today, many of my clients rely on me as a long-term digital partner—someone they can call for guidance, creative solutions, technical support, and honest advice as their business and technology continue to evolve.

I don’t specialize in one particular industry because every business has unique goals, challenges, and audiences. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with restaurants, professional service firms, healthcare providers, fitness centers, nonprofits, retailers, contractors, property managers, artists, manufacturers, and many other small businesses throughout New Orleans and across the country.

Whether you need a professional brochure website, ongoing marketing support, or a complex custom solution, my role is the same: understand your business, recommend the right approach, and deliver a solution designed to support your business for years to come.

How I Work

I believe successful projects begin with listening.

Before choosing technology or design, I want to understand your business, your customers, and what success looks like for you. Every recommendation I make is based on your goals—not on selling unnecessary services or following the latest trend.

My expertise includes WordPress website design, branding, graphic design, social media, website maintenance, and on-page SEO.

For projects requiring advanced programming, custom functionality, database-driven applications, API integrations, or other specialized development, I collaborate with trusted technical partners who share my commitment to quality. This allows me to confidently manage projects ranging from traditional business websites to sophisticated custom solutions, while remaining your primary point of contact from beginning to end.

My clients benefit from both personalized service and access to specialized expertise when it’s needed.

What You Can Expect

I believe in building relationships—not just websites.

Many of my clients have worked with me for years because they value responsive communication, thoughtful guidance, and having someone they can trust as their business grows and technology changes.

You’ll never receive exaggerated promises or high-pressure sales tactics. Instead, you’ll receive honest recommendations, realistic expectations, careful attention to detail, and a website built on a strong technical foundation.

My role is to help create that foundation. Long-term success also depends on the quality of your products or services, customer experience, reviews, referrals, advertising, and consistent marketing. The strongest results happen when all of those pieces work together.

Looking Ahead

Nearly three decades later, I still enjoy helping businesses navigate the digital world.

Technology will continue to evolve, and so will I. I enjoy learning, adapting, and finding practical ways to help my clients make informed decisions without becoming overwhelmed by constant change.

Although my business has grown over the years, I’ve intentionally chosen to remain hands-on. I enjoy working directly with my clients, understanding their businesses, and being personally involved in the projects I take on. That approach has allowed me to build long-term relationships based on trust, communication, and consistently delivering quality work.

If you’re looking for an experienced partner who will take the time to understand your business, communicate honestly, and help you build a professional online presence, I’d love the opportunity to work with you.
