The process
- Discovery Phase: We learn about your needs in regards to design/layout, functionality, web pages needed, etc., and provide a proposal with options for your review.
- Design Phase: Upon approval and a minimum 50% deposit (fully refundable within 30 days), we’ll need your logo/branding package (we can also provide this service), and any other content you have to begin the design phase.
- Within 10 business days a sample is provided for review. If requested, up to 3 additional samples can be provided based on your feedback.
- Upon approval, we then build the rest of your website pages and launch live at your URL. This process can take 30-60 days, depending on receipt of your content and modifications requested.
- Ongoing Support: After the 60-day design phase/site delivery, we offer prepaid priority plans that provide necessary WordPress software support and updates to maintain the security, functionality and integrity of your website, along with content updates as-needed basis. You can also opt for hourly support at any time.
